Vostok-Alliance operates an informational website about an automated trading strategy you can choose to copy on Bybit. We collect as little personal information as possible, and only what you voluntarily give us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. Who we are

“Vostok-Alliance”, “we”, “us” refers to the team operating this website. We are the controller of the limited personal data described below. The best way to reach us is the contact page.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form details - when you submit the form, the name, email address, and message you provide, plus whether you identified as an investor or partner.
• Anti-spam data - to keep the form free of bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes a verification token and your IP address. We do not see or store a profile of you from this.
• Standard technical logs - like any website, our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not ask for, want, or store any financial account credentials, API keys, or payment information. We never take payment through this site.

3. How we use it

• To read and respond to your inquiry.
• To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the website.

4. How we share it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. When you submit the form, your message is stored in our private database and a notification is sent to our internal team via Telegram so we can follow up. We rely on a small number of service providers acting on our behalf:

• Cloudflare - website hosting, content delivery, the Turnstile anti-spam check, and the secure tunnel that carries your form submission to our server.
• Telegram - internal notification that a new message arrived.
• Our cloud hosting provider - stores the submission in our database.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies & tracking

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data to advertisers. Cloudflare may set strictly functional cookies needed for security and the Turnstile check.

6. Data retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and keep reasonable records of our correspondence, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, just reach out via the contact page and we will action it.

8. International processing

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. We rely on those providers’ safeguards for any such transfers.

9. Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
