2. No advisory relationship

We are not a broker, exchange, dealer, fund, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we are not registered or licensed as any of those. Using this site does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and us.

3. We never take custody of your funds

We never receive, hold, control, transfer, or withdraw your money. If you choose to copy-trade, you do so entirely from your own account on Bybit, which you control at all times - you can pause, stop, or withdraw whenever you wish, directly with Bybit. We never ask for your private keys or withdrawal-enabled API keys, and we never accept payment from you through this website. Anyone asking you for keys or deposits in our name is not us.

4. No guarantees; trading involves risk

Trading cryptocurrency carries substantial risk, including the possible loss of all the funds you commit. Any past or current performance shown (including figures on third-party profiles) is historical, is not a promise, and does not guarantee future results. We do not guarantee any profit, return, or outcome. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences.

5. Third-party services

Bybit is an independent third party with its own terms, fees, and policies, which you are responsible for reviewing. We do not control Bybit and are not responsible for it. Links to Bybit or other third parties are provided for convenience only and are not an endorsement.

6. Eligibility & jurisdiction

The information on this site is not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where copy-trading, cryptocurrency, or such information is restricted or unlawful, and is not available where prohibited.
